Noel combines operational expertise with a genuine passion for improving workplace health, creating environments where people are supported, engaged, and able to perform at their best. He works closely with clients to understand their challenges, streamline processes, and provide practical solutions that make wellbeing initiatives easy to implement and sustainable.

Steph is an experienced Managing Director and consultant with extensive expertise in organisational resilience, risk management, and business-to-business services. She is a qualified ISO27001:2022 Lead Auditor, DORA Lead Auditor, and has successfully guided clients through SOC2 and other ISO audits with a 100% first-time success rate. Steph combines technical compliance knowledge with a focus on employee mental health and wellbeing, helping organisations embed resilience at every level.

Drawing on her specialist knowledge in occupational health, she provides practical guidance that enables employees to stay in or return to work safely, while helping employers meet compliance and wellbeing objectives. Nancy’s work blends evidence-based practice with real-world solutions, ensuring staff feel supported and organisations operate efficiently.

Alison has 30 years experience in Occupational Health, enabling staff to return to, and stay in work in regards to musculoskeletal comfort. Alison’s roles include treatment of staff, together with Ergonomics assessments of office, home, vehicle and factory workstations. Alison also carries out Return to Work and Functional Capacity Assessments, to enable managers to make decisions regarding staff’s fitness for work. Alison completed Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessment training in 2024, to complement her work in Occupational Health.
